• We offer service maintenance agreements on computers and peripherals.
• Contracts for 4-8 hour responce as well as 24 hour response depending on your companies needs.
• Tri-State will provide loaners at no additional charge.

4. Time and Material

• We offer on-site service with hourly rates, plus parts.
• Servicing brand name computers from Acer to Zenith, and all peripherals.
• Loaners will also be provided if needed.
• Tri-State uses state of the art testing equipment as well as the most up to date virus programs.
